A physical education student at the time of the auction, Migliorini said she’d use the money to build houses for poverty-stricken families in Brazil.
When the auction closed, the young woman successfully sold her virginity to a 53-year-old Japanese millionaire called Natsu for $780,000, who fended off strong competition from American bidders Jack Miller and Jack Right, and Indian big-spender Rudra Chatterjee.
Today, the woman says she was duped by filmmaker Justin Sisely, who she says arranged the auction as part of a documentary film he was making titled “Virgins Wanted”. Migliorini claims Sisely didn’t cover her traveling expenses or the portion of the money the two agreed on.
Sisely denies Migliorini’s allegations, and has recently turned the documentary into a reality TV series.
