Sad News:Husband Stabs Wife To Death Over Failure To Bear A Male Child

 
A man aged 48 has been arrested in Ondo state,Nigeria,by the police for stabbing his pregnant wife identified as Mama Feyi,46, to death for failure to give birth to a male child.
Reports by eye witnesses told reporters that the suspect has been having a long battle with his deceased wife for more than a year now shortly after the wife gave birth to their fourth daughter.An eye witness also gave account that the husband had a very loud argument with his wife a month ago over the woman's inability to bear him a male child before the fight that led to the suspect stabbing his wife with a knife to death.
A shocked neighbour,Mr.Isijola told reporters that the he was awakened by their argument early in the morning but decided to ignore them as that was a usual incident that always happens but later went to their house when the argument became unbearable.Mr Isijola said 'I stepped into their room only to find the woman's lifeless body on the floor in a pool of blood,i saw him holding the knife and threatened to stab me if i don't leave the room that was when i quickly alerted the police before he might escape and he was arrested'.
According to one of the daughters of the deceased,she said 'the argument started at about 6a.m when my mum asked him to give her some money for ante-natal care but he refused.They started fighting and arguing and before we knew it daddy brought out a knife and stabbed mummy to death'.

I really don't know whats wrong with most men nowadays,how can you kill your wife because of a male child.According to what i know,its even the man that has the gene that produces a male child and not the woman.May her soul rest in peace.
