Justin Bieber is making headlines for the wrong reasons again.

The the singer surprised his family on Thanksgiving morning with a naked serenade at his grandmother’s home in Toronto in 2012....but the pics just got out now.

Apparently the 19-year-old knocked on his grandma’s door covering his sausage and scrotum with his guitar and starting singing lyrics like, "I love you grandma, how are you, hello grandma.
