A 20 years old woman named Jana Lutterropp died on Wednesday,a week after her right arm was bitten off by a shark while she was vacationing in Hawaii.
According to reports she was helped out from the water by two male friends.She was then taken to a nearby hospital and listed in a critical condition.The beach was shut down that same day but re-opened the next day.
She was remembered by her mother Jutta Lutterropp as 'a very beautiful,strong young woman who was always laughing and we will forever remember her that way'.
'Jana fought hard to stay alive,however we are sad to say that she lost her fight today' her relatives said.
