Countries Where Everyone Has A Job

According to a survey in 2011,it was revealed that nine countries had unemployment rate of less than 5%.The majority of these countries are in Asia with the remainder in Central or Eastern Europe.But before i list these countries,let me bring to your notice that Nigeria has an unemployment rate of 23.90% as of 2011.
These are the list of countries with less than 5% unemployment rate.

9.VIETNAM

The country has an unemployment rate of less than 5%.Vietnam is dominated by state owned enterprises.The country also has a high rate of subsistence agriculture jobs.However,the rate of agriculture has decreased from approximately  25% to 22% while the share of jobs in industry has risen from 36% to 40 % from 2010 to 2011.

8.UKRAINE

Ukraine is among the countries with the lowest unemployment rate of less than 5% in the world.According to a report by CIA,the country has a large number of 'underemployed or unregistered workers'.Nevertheless at least 50% of its population is working full time for an employer.

7.THAILAND

The country has an unemployment rate of less than 5%.Thailand has a highly developed,market oriented economy.According to world bank the country has had an unemployment rate below 2% for the majority of the past decade.

6.TAIWAN

Unemployment rate is less than 5% and according to the Taiwan Government International Office,the country has not had a serious unemployment problem since 1950.This is largely due to exports.During the 1980s,the unemployment rate in the country actually fell below 2% creating a labor shortage.

5.MONTENEGRO

The country has an unemployment rate of below 5% .The largest sector in the country's economy is aluminium which accounts for 80% of the country's total exports according to GlobalTrade.net.

Even though earthquakes and tsunami hit Japan's economy badly which affected the country's massive auto industry,Japan still has an unemployment rate of less than 5%.

3.CHINA

Although China's unemployment rate is less than 5%,only 30% to 39% of the labor force are working full time for an employer(its a relatively small amount).The country has a large number of jobs in the public sector and its also the world's largest exporter.
