Lady Gaga Seeks To Block Court Documents That Could Destroy Her

Lady Gaga is afraid her secrets will be revealed in a lawsuit involving two of the people who discovered her (her ex-boyfriend, Rob Fusari and longtime friend and singer Wendy Starland).

She’s filed legal documents to try and keep certain information from ever seeing the light of day. Starland is suing for discovering Lady Gaga without getting compensated over the years, claiming that Fusari cut a deal with her in 2005 in which he promised her a piece of the action if she found him a female singer he could work with.
Lady Gaga does not want some certain information about her to see the light of the modern day, she claims info is “sensitive, private, and personal.” And if the information come out , it would “inflict significant personal and professional harm upon her.
She also says that she and Fusari are legally bound to keep the information private as part of a non-disparagement agreement between the two.
