Nigerian runner Blessing Okagbare has broken the record for the fastest woman in Africa in a time of 10.86secs setting a new record at the London Olympic Anniversary Games.She finished ahead of Barbara Pierre of U.S.A and Fraser-Pryce of Jamaica.
