Apple is investigating reports that a chinese girl was electrocuted to death when she tried answering a call with her iPhone while it was charging.
Ma Ailun,23,who was a flight attendant with China Southern Airlines got electrocuted while trying to receive a call last Thursday,but the matter is under police investigations,police said.
Apple said in a statement 'we are deeply saddened to learn of this tragic incident and offer our condolences to the Ma family.We will fully co-operate with the authorities on this matter'.
In 2010,a man from northeast china was also electrocuted when answering a call while his phone was plugged to an unauthorized charger according to CCA.
