Sifiso Makhubo aged 42, known to be South Africa worst rapist has committed suicide in his prison room just hours before he goes on trial.Before his death,he was facing a total of 122 charges for rape,murder,kidnapping,sexually assaulting 34 children,robbery and attempted murder for infecting some of his victims with HIV/AIDS.
Reports says he was found dead hanging from his blanket in his prison room.Investigations is now on-going concerning the circumstances surrounding his death.
