According to Finance.com, women make an average of 30 percent less than men. What’s more alarming is that women of color make only $.64 cents to the $1.00 that white men earn.
While the odds are stacked against both white and minority women, there are two who have defied the odds and are continually paving the way for women of all colors, sexual orientations, and family backgrounds.
